Chondroitin sulfate(CS) is a kind of acid glycosaminogly which can distilled from animals' cartilage such as Bovine Ovine etc., the mixture of CS A,C and all kinds of CS. CS generally contains 50-70 disaccharide units. Its chain length is asymmetric. The molecular weight is between 10,000-30,000. CS is white, non-finalizing design powder, a little salty, no smell. It is easy to dissolve in water. The density of cumulus is 0.65-0.75g/ml. CS salt is very stable to heat. It can't be destroyed by heating to 80 Centigrade.The dissociated CS aqueous solution is unstable in high temperatures.
